Program Management: Fulcrum Consulting Program Managers are responsible for the successful completion of a major business or technology transformation initiatives. Responsibilities of a Program Manager may include managing the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses, communicating program status to executives, vendor negotiation, optimizing the use of resources across multiple projects, defining project process, policies and managing overall profitability.

Representative skills include business analysis, logical thinking, solution design, data modeling, quality assurance, subject matter expertise and rudimentary technical skills.

Business Architecture: Business Architecture consultants create high-level business solutions that align to corporate strategy. Activities include boardroom facilitation, organizational and business process redesign, generating business cases, organizational change management, strategic visioning and planning. Skills required are industry knowledge and best practices, presentation skills, logical and creative thinking, leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Business Process Change: Business Process Change consultants focus on understanding current business processes. Typical development projects involve the use of .NET, JAVA, VB and mainframes skills. You should also have the necessary business knowledge to make a meaningful contribution to our client’s project.
