As a management consultant with Fulcrum, you could focus on identifying and shaping solutions for our customer, collaborating with both customers’ team members and Fulcrum consultants. Project teams are often made up of people with diverse and complementary skills, and your role is to focus them on a client’s business challenges. So you’ll not only be expected to contribute thought leadership, but also to encourage others to apply their skills. At a more senior level, our management consultants may lead our overall customer planning sessions and manage long-term customer relationships. |
