SEC Reporting Manager

Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree (BA) from an accredited college or university, CPA certificate and minimum of eight years total experience with at least four years experience with a large regional or international public accounting firm. Combination of industry and public accounting experience is a plus. Prior experience drafting, coordinating and publishing SEC filings including 10Qs, 10Ks, 8-Ks, and proxy statements is strongly preferred. Prior hands-on experience with Sarbanes Oxley requirements is desired. Other required skills include strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations, excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated experience in interacting with all levels of management.

  • Prepare all required SEC reports
  • Support the quarterly earnings press release process, including Form 8-K
  • Assist with preparation and/or review of monthly revenue reports, summaries and analysis
  • Assist in the establishment of formal revenue recognition policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
  • Review and document revenue related transactions in the context of the company's revenue recognition policy
