Anger management on the job

Do you struggle to control your anger when an employee or client upsets you? To avoid an aggressive confrontation, give yourself 5 minutes to write out your thoughts in a private setting and deliberate how (or if) you want to engage that person. Those 5 minutes can be enough to cool off without doing anything you might regret later on.
